deetjens and the big sur inn are some of the most beautiful places I have ever been. from the big pine trees to the rustic cottages, its pretty unbeatable. I feel like I’m in a different world when I’m there. Deetjens is a restaurant on the property with the great food and even better ambiance. last time we stayed in big sur, we lodged at the big sur inn and had the most amazing breakfasts like strawberry pancakes and fruit parfiats at deetjens. This visit, we met the woman who decorates and designs for the hotel and restaurant and as you can see, it’s above and beyond beautiful. it really is a slice of heaven<\/p>\n
