i visited LACMA (los angeles county museum of art) with my art history class today and it was such a treat. the modern art collection really blew me away and i was happy to see a painting there by my favorite artist, piet mondrian. there was a huge ballon poodle which being the poodle fan i am, was definitely a highlight, as were calder’s enormous mobiles (as seen above). i hope to visit soon when i am not with my class and do some exploring of my own… or just stay in the modern art exhibit all day<\/p>\n
